It's like people often say that traditional martial arts can't beat fighting in the ring because people are not allowed to kick their hips in the ring, as if the implication is that traditional martial arts can abuse fighting in the ring if the rules allow. This is just a matter of course. The situation of winning or losing can only depend on the usual training, the degree of hard work, personal quality and talent, and so on. It is almost impossible for a martial arts student who has just studied martial arts for several years, especially for a fighter who has experienced actual combat training. No matter what kind of rules. This truth is obvious. But this obviously doesn't mean that traditional martial arts can't be better than the competition.
