Five-element Tongbei Boxing Method

Five-element Tongbei Boxing is referred to as Tongbei Boxing or Tongbi Boxing and Tongbi Palm for short, and it was called Tongbei Gate in ancient times, and then it was also called White Ape Gate and Tongbi Ape Gate. The technique of Five Elements Tongbei Boxing is mainly the action of gibbon, and the palm method is the main shooting method. It is named after the basic palm method and momentum of falling, shooting, piercing, splitting and saving, and belongs to the five elements of gold, wood, water, fire and earth. The following is what I have arranged for you:

First, the hidden spirit is safe: open your hand.

Action: Take a half step forward with your left leg, lift your knees and toes to grasp the ground, put your right leg on your crotch and bend your knees, raise your hands to your chest from bottom to top, then brush them away from left and right, palms down and fingers together.

Point: When you step forward, raise your hand and move at the same time. When brushing by hand, stand your hind feet firmly and focus on your hind legs.

Second, climb to the top and ask for instructions.

Third, the seven-star palm method to observe the action

In the connection type, the left leg takes a half step forward from the imaginary step, bends into a left lunge and kneels, with the palm up, the left wrist resting on the right wrist and the palm forward, as shown in Figure 2.

Key points: when the left foot takes a half step forward from the imaginary step, it contains the meaning of kicking, which seems to be "pedaling the peak"; Hands from the chest into a seven-star palm, called for instructions. It means testing each other's movements and keeping them on standby.

Fourth, the hand-held duster chest protection room: double-layer duster.

Keep your right leg still, lift your left heel, and pull back half a step to make a virtual step; At the same time, the two palms draw an arc to the left and right sides, bend elbows, retreat to the chest, turn hands into hooked hands, and lift them up to the shoulders. Hook hands and change palms, and brush with the back of the palm forward. Arms vertical, palms forward, fingertips down. Stick it next to the two hips, and look ahead as shown in Figure 3.

Key points: when pulling back, use the waist to drive. When both hands fall back, the pedal on the top of the head is straight, and the waist is stiff and cold.

Five, the front circle and the back double belt: double belt.

Make a right lunge in front of your right leg, stand your hands in the palm, turn the palm outward and forward, from the left and right sides of the circle to the front, with your fingertips facing up and your shoulders flat. Figure 4.

The left leg can't move, lift the heel of the right foot, pull back half a step, and make an imaginary step. Palm down, palm forward, hold back with palm back, elbow bent sideways. Figure 5.

Key points: when the arm is extended forward, stretch your waist and explore your arm, and when you are retreating, use your waist to drive your footwork. Advance and retreat freely, light and agile.

Sixth, push the mountain step by step: double push the mountain.

In the connection type, take a step forward with the right imaginary step, stand firm on the ground, and the left leg will follow further, and the toe point will be stuck in the middle of the right foot to form a small T-shaped imaginary step. The right leg will kneel on the hip, and the center of gravity will be on the right leg. At the same time, the palm will be pushed forward to the fingertip, and the palm will be pushed forward, as shown in Figure 6.

Key points: squat pile should stand firm, head straight and waist straight, forward and backward, light and flexible, coordinated action, integrity and consistency.

Seven, falling double handle: small falling palm handle.

Connect, the upper body is still, the left foot squats, the right foot takes a small step forward, the toes point to the ground, and the center of gravity is on the left leg; At the same time, the two palms are hooked and fall, with the hook top facing up and the hook tip facing down, facing the foot.

Stand upright with your left leg, your knees lifted upward, your right leg flush with your crotch, and your toes tilted forward; At the same time, lift the hook with both hands, with the hook tip facing down and lifted to the shoulder. Look ahead to Figure 8.

Step down, slam, two somersaults: slam.

Connect, lift your knees to the right, point your toes to the ground, and make a virtual step; At the same time, hook hands and change palms, palms fall forward, palms face forward, fingertips face down, and fall on the outside of both hips. Figure 9.

Key points: when you throw your hands, you should squat down and don't bow your head.

Turn your body as fast as electricity.

Ten, the hidden palm is as urgent as an arrow

Well connected, take a step forward with your right leg, then take a step forward with your left leg. At the same time, make a fist with your right hand and keep rushing forward (Figure 10).

As soon as the left foot hits the ground, the right foot immediately kicks forward, the toes are upturned, the right fist swings from front to back, the left hand hits forward from under the right arm, the palm is forward, and the fingertips are right. The right foot falls forward, the knee bends forward, and the left leg pushes backward to form a right lunge. Strike forward with your right fist, with your eyes up and your fist level with your chest. The left palm is folded back along the upper surface of the right arm and falls on the inside of the right forearm (Figure 1 1).

Key points: when the right foot steps on the ground, the left leg lifts up and jumps up, which drives the right foot to wipe the ground and kick out. When the right fist rushed up, the left palm was hidden under the right arm. The right fist swings back, the left palm swings forward, and the hands and feet are combined in one go.

Eleven, split the door palm jump flash step: split the door palm

Connect, lift your right leg and jump one step to the right, stand firm on the ground, bend your knees and sit on your hips, kick your left leg forward, and point your toes to form a virtual and real step; Hit the left hand forward and upward, palm up, and return the right hand to the outside of the right hip (Figure 12).

Key points: jump lightly, fall steadily, move quickly, put your hands and feet together and coordinate.

Twelve, the yin people's palms and legs are connected with the hands and tails: the yin people pull their palms and legs.

Connect, the left leg takes a half step forward from the imaginary step, stands firmly on the ground, and the right leg and right palm kick forward at the same time, with toes up, flush with hips, palms up, fingertips forward, flush with shoulders (Figure 13).

Point: Stand firm on the left step and don't shake.

13. Climbing the mountain across the tiger: Climbing the mountain across the tiger.

Connect, the right leg stands firm one step forward, the right palm turns from the chest to the front of the right shoulder, the fist is below the right ear, and the tip of the right elbow is attached to the right rib; At the same time, the left leg lifts the knee, the toes face down to protect the lower yin, and the left hand bends the elbow to protect the chest, with the fist center facing down (Figure 14).

The left leg is pushed horizontally to the left and front, the toes are abduction, the soles of the feet are forward, and they are flush with the hips; At the same time, the right fist hits the left, with the eye facing up and the fist facing forward. Look at the previous figure 15.

Key points: Turn your right hand outward, protect your chest with your left hand inward, punch with your right fist, and do it with your left pedal in one go.

Fourteen, the right hand to catch the enemy can not escape: the right hand to catch.

In the connection, step forward with your left foot, stand firmly on the ground, and tilt your toes slightly outward. At the same time, the left hand goes forward along the outside of the right arm, with the palm up and aligned with the left foot up and down. Then the right fist turns to the top of the right shoulder and goes through the chest, right ear, fist face up, elbow tip against the rib, looking at the left palm. Take a big step forward with your right leg, bend your knees and sit on your hips, squat down with your left leg, and ride right. At the same time, your right fist hits forward, with the fist facing forward, the fist eye facing up and flush with the chest. When your left palm hits forward with your right fist, it will rub your right forearm and recover to your chest (Figure 16).

Key points: to achieve the external six-in-one: hands and feet, shoulders and hips, elbows and knees. The combination here is vertical arrangement, strict coordination and standardization, air sinking, loose shoulders and arms, cold brittleness and forehand vision.

Fifteen, the golden rooster shakes its feathers and jumps up: the golden rooster shakes its feathers.

Next, lower the left palm to the right arm, move forward, jump up, lift your hands up, draw an arc to the left and right sides respectively, and fall to the sides. When the body jumps, the right foot hits the ground first, stands firm, and the left leg lifts the knee. Stick your left foot on the inside of your right knee, put your left hand on your right hand, palms up, and cross your palms to protect your chest. See the previous figure 17 visually.

Key points: When the left hand goes out to the right, it forms a cross with the right arm, and both arms extend straight up to take off and jump left and right at the same time.

Sixteen, push the window to look at the moon and rush to the chest and waist: push the window to look at the moon.

Connect, the left foot falls forward, the right leg is pushed back into a left lunge, and both arms are pushed forward at the same time. The left hand is tilted to the right front in the upper palm, and the right hand is tilted to the left front in the lower palm (Figure 18).

Key points: bend over and push the ground, slightly buckle the front foot and close the toe of the back foot.

Seventeen, the flying tiger turned to get in the way: the flying tiger turned.

Connected, the right arm is straight to the right, the palm is backward, and the whole body rotates to the right with the left heel as the axis 180. The center of gravity is placed on the left leg, and the toes of the right foot are on a virtual and real step. The right arm extends horizontally to the right, the palm is shoulder-high back, the left arm is bent, and the palm is down. Figure 19 shows the hand guard on the chest.

Key points: When you turn around, your upper body stands upright and your arms move with your body. You can't shake from side to side, nor can you lean forward and lean back.

18. Catch the enemy with your left hand. Fear: grasp with your left hand.

Connect, step forward with your right foot, stand on your toes slightly outward, sit on your hips and bend your knees, with your right palm forward along the outside of your left arm, palm up, and flush with your chest. At the same time, put your left elbow on the rib, make a fist, and turn from the chest down to the front of your left ear, with the fist face up and the fist eye facing back, as shown in Figure 20.

Step forward to the right with your left leg, bend your knees and sit on your hips in a left oblique riding style. At the same time, punch forward to the right with your left fist facing forward, and protect your chest with your right hand, as shown in Figure 2 1.

Key points: the right palm extends forward, the left foot extends forward, and the left foot extends forward and punches left, all of which are synchronous movements. Need to cooperate tacitly, fist strong, up and down coordination.

Nineteen. Pick up the snake and spit out the letter: the white snake spits out the letter.

Then, the figure turns slightly to the left, and the left leg arches forward and the right leg is pushed straight into a left lunge. At the same time, the left fist is brushed down along the left knee, and the hand is hooked after brushing down. The hook tip is backward, the right palm is shaken out from the upper part of the chest, the palm is up, the fingers are together, and the fingertips are aimed at the tip of the nose as shown in Figure 22.

Key points: the left fist is brushed under the back of the fist, and the right hand is shaken.

Twenty, the progress of the big tiger whip: the big tiger

The left leg is connected forward, the toes are outward, the left hand is along the outside of the right arm, obliquely to the left front, to the outside of the left hip, and the palm is downward, while the right hand is from the chest forward to the outside of the right hip, the palm is forward, and the fingertips are downward. Figure 23.

Take a step forward with your right leg, bend your knees forward, and straighten your left leg into a right lunge. At the same time, the right arm swings up from back to front and presses down. The arm is placed on the chest, the little finger is placed on the left rib, and the left arm is bent to protect the chest.

Key points: move your hands and feet together, your arms are soft and rigid, and push forward, which is called the big bang, and the momentum is like a tiger twisting its tail. When you are flogged, you will not lose strength. Look ahead.

Twenty-one, Yin Zhang hits the underworld: Yin Zhang

Connected, the left leg stands up and sits back, and the right heel is slightly lifted and pulled back, forming a virtual and real step. At the same time, the right palm is lifted forward and upward, with the palm facing up and shoulder level. The left palm is down along the chest, the palm is down, and the fingertips are facing back and forth. Figure 24.

Key points: focus on your left leg, retract your right foot and pull out your right palm at the same time.
