Who was the first person to compose music?
Lenglun, the first founder and creator of music, is the music hall of the Yellow Emperor. He spent his whole life composing music and became the founder and creator of later music. In the period after Pangu's creation, there were no musical instruments in the sky and no music in people. Life without music is so monotonous, boring, lonely and lonely! Music came into being when human beings ruled the world. But the music at that time just picked up sticks, bamboo sticks, crocks, stone tools, leather drums and so on, and stopped monotonously and noisily, with no rhythm at all and very disharmony. However, this kind of music also played an important role at that time. Use it to boost morale in combat; When you win, use it to celebrate your success; When offering sacrifices, it is used to sacrifice to god to eliminate disasters; Usually, it is used to celebrate peace, cultivate temperament and drive away loneliness. However, the Yellow Emperor was very dissatisfied with this kind of music. In his view, musical instruments should be exquisite and music should have a harmonious melody. He asked the talented musician Leng Lun to complete this arduous task. Leng Lun happily accepted the order of the Yellow Emperor. He selected a group of talented musicians, packed their bags, brought bows and tools, and traveled long distances day and night, crossed the famous Daxia Mountain in the west, and came to the shady slope of Kunlun Mountain to camp, ready to choose materials to make musical instruments. But which materials are most suitable for making musical instruments? At first, everyone argued endlessly and had different opinions. Leng Lun asked everyone to choose their favorite materials according to their own wishes and imagination. Some people cut the branches of plants, others carved stones, and everyone showed their magical powers and made a bunch of strange musical instruments with different tones. In this way, after comparing and identifying them one by one, Leng Lun thought that the sound of bamboo instruments was ever-changing and the rhythm was crisp and melodious. So, everyone cut a lot of bamboo from the side of the mountain stream, chose the part with uniform thickness of the cavity wall, cut it into three-inch nine-point bamboo tubes, and made a lot of bamboo wind instruments. However, although many musicians can play, their voices are monotonous. After repeated pondering, Leng Lun found that bamboo wind instruments with the same thickness made different sounds due to different lengths. He thought that if bamboo tubes with the same thickness were made into a series of musical instruments with different lengths and played together, wouldn't the sound become rich and melodious? After repeated experiments, Leng Lun finally made a large number of wind instruments, and named this bamboo wind instrument "Snake Whistle". Leng Lun finally made a new musical instrument. What should be used to determine the height of each note? He thought and thought with the invited musicians, and finally thought that the crow of the phoenix was the most beautiful among all the birds. He thought that the crow of the phoenix was the most ideal as the standard of music. There are unique conditions here. Kunlun Mountain is a place where phoenixes gather. Leng Lun leaves early and returns late every day, and the phoenix crows to choose the music. Phoenix is singing and Leng Lun is echoing; Phoenix crows a thousand times, and Leng Lun plays a song. Finally, Lenglun got the law of music change from it. He defined the sound from low to high as twelve tones, also called twelve tones. These twelve sounds are the six crows of Phoenix and the six crows of Phoenix. Since then, as long as Leng Lun plays according to the twelve methods, groups of phoenixes will fly, resulting in an unprecedented grand occasion of "Phoenix playing musical instruments". The Yellow Emperor appreciated and admired Leng Lun's work very much, and made him the highest music official, responsible for music creation, performance and musical instrument manufacturing throughout the country. It can be seen that Leng Lun was the first great founder and creator of full-time music research and production in ancient China! !
