Take apart the old circular rubber band with scissors and make it into a bow-tie belt, which is about 5 cm long. I prepared the picture below. When you buy it, the leather bag and the rubber band are tied together. I won't talk about the binding method.

Align the two rubber bands and mark the position where you want to tie the knot. The purpose of this step is to make the two tied rubber bands have the same length, which will affect the accuracy. It must be done.
