Method for making preserved fruit
Materials:
10 apple; Salt 10g.
The practice is as follows:
1. Wash the apple, peel it, cut it into small pieces, and soak it in salt water for 3 to 5 minutes (to prevent oxidation of the apple skin);
2. Cook the apples for about 20 minutes. After the steamed apples are slightly cool, they can be placed on the baking tray. Hot air circulation 150 degree baking for 60 minutes, turn the apples on the baking tray over and bake for another 60 minutes (the temperature difference of each oven is different, and the temperature can be adjusted according to the oven);
3. After twice high-temperature baking, most of the water in the apple is dried, taken out, put into a steamer again for cooking for 20 minutes, cool the plate, and bake with hot air at 100 degree for 5 hours;
4. After the baked preserved apples are cooled, they can be bagged and stored according to their own preferences.
