What is Babao tea?
Eight-treasure tea, also known as "Three Fortresses", is based on tea and mixed with rock sugar, medlar, red dates, walnut kernels, longan pulp, sesame seeds, raisins and apple slices. It tastes sweet and delicious, and has the effects of nourishing yin, moistening lung, clearing throat and benefiting throat. Eight-treasure tea needs to be brewed with boiling water, so that each ingredient can release its taste.
