Practice of Huimian Noodles in Henan Casserole
Ingredients: 350g mutton, 400g cabbage and 300g noodles (raw).
Seasoning salt 6g chicken essence 2g onion 20g ginger 10g cooking wine 10ml sesame oil 10ml pepper 2g.
working methods
1. Slice onion and ginger.
2. Wash the mutton and cut it into small pieces.
3. Blanch it in hot water.
4. Cooked mutton.
5. First put the mutton in the casserole.
6. Add enough water, cooking wine, onion and ginger, and turn to low heat for cooking 1 hour.
7. Add chopped cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.
8. Add noodles and cook for another 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chicken essence and sesame oil to taste before cooking.
