Technological properties and requirements of Hastelloy C-276;

1. The lower the sulfur content in hot working fuel, the better. Sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0. 1%, and sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.

2. The hot working temperature range of the alloy is 1200℃ ~ 950℃, and the cooling mode is water cooling or rapid air cooling.

3. Suitable for any traditional welding process, such as tungsten inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal inert gas shielded welding and metal inert gas.
