What cultural attitudes do Confucius' various portraits show?

In my humble opinion, portraits with different identities and images can express the following three meanings:

1. According to his life experience, Confucius was poor and humble when he was young, but he was able to make a determined effort to strengthen himself. He started from such a low official position as herding cattle and sheep to such a high official position in Zhongdu in Lu, and his struggles can be seen in portraits of different identities.

2. Ideologically, Confucius took the revival of rites of Zhou as his responsibility all his life, established an ideological system with "benevolence" as the core, and advocated the Taoist spirit of forgiveness. Portraits of different identities can symbolize the connotation of forgiving Taoism.

3. In terms of educational practice, Confucius made great contributions, breaking the situation of aristocratic monopoly in education and creating the tradition of private education and civilian education. Different portraits can convey the concepts of "teaching without distinction" and "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude".
