China has a vast territory, rich natural resources, and great differences in geography, climate, flowers, nationalities and folk customs. Twenty-two famous flowers with long cultivation history, high ornamental value and rich national characteristics were selected. 1from October 20th to April 5th, 1986+0 1987, the selection was completed, with nearly150,000 people at home and abroad and more than 100 garden and flower experts nationwide voting.
