Europe 1: Vatican
Central America and the Caribbean 12: Belize, Dominica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti. Dominica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Panama, Paraguay, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Nicaragua, and St. Lucia
Africa's strongholds of "diplomatic relations" have been reduced to four: Sao Tome and Principe, Swaziland, Burkina Faso, and Gambia.
