Table Tennis Bat Grip

There are two types of racket grips, the horizontal racket grip and the straight racket grip.

1.horizontal racket grip

Shallow grip with the middle finger, ring finger and little finger naturally gripping the handle, the thumb on the front of the racket next to the middle finger, and the index finger naturally straight and diagonal on the back of the racket, with the muzzle of the tiger slightly close to the racket.

2. Straight racket grip

For a forehand pull, the fingers should be pressed against the center of the board to fix the racket, so as not to affect the maximum power. Horizontal playing method is to open the index finger to the thumb symmetrical position, naturally resting on the board, no longer hooked handle; thumb pressed down hard, bright open the board surface; middle finger or middle finger and ring finger on top of the board. The standard is to be able to flexibly adjust the shape of the board and be able to generate power. This grip is good for forehand attack, and backhand can also hit high spin and fast ball.

Techniques of playing ping pong

When it comes to the power of the serve, especially the power of the serve, people often think of the consequences of the power of the serve: either the ball flies out of bounds, or the ball bounces too high. But in fact, the short ball, which is short, turning, low and with a good landing point, and the long ball, which is long, sharp, turning and landing on the left and right corners of the table tennis court, are the very embodiment of the artistry and technicality of table tennis.

It is not only doable in practice, but also theoretically correct. As long as we control the proportion of impact force and friction force, increase the length of the ball rubbing on the paddle, reduce the thickness of the friction, and prolong the time of the ball rubbing on the paddle, we can achieve the above effect.
