In June, 2000, the Fourth National Congress of Members was held in Lanzhou, Gansu, and Wang Minghong was elected as the president and secretary-general. On June 8, 2003, at the second general meeting of the fourth Council of china portrait photography society, 8 vice presidents, 360 directors and 9 standing directors were elected.
