At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the floor on which the toilet is installed is level. If the ground is uneven, it should be leveled before installation.

2, determine the sewage pipe center. Before installing the toilet, you should first confirm the center of the sewage pipe. The confirmation method is to turn the toilet upside down, and then determine the center on the sewage outlet of the toilet, and draw a cross center line at the center, which extends to the bottom of the toilet and its surrounding feet.

3. repair the toilet. When fixing the toilet, first aim the crosshair on the toilet at the ground sewage outlet to ensure that the toilet is installed horizontally, then press the sealing ring hard, and finally install the anchor screw and decorative cap.

4. Carry out bottom sealing. After fixing the toilet, a special sealing ring should be installed at the toilet outlet, or a circle of glass glue (putty) or cement mortar should be coated around it, and the ratio of cement to sand is 1: 3.

5. Install the water tank fittings. Before installing water tank fittings, drain water for 3-5 minutes to flush the pipeline. After ensuring that the water pipe is clean, install the angle valve and connecting hose, then connect the hose with the installed water tank fittings and press the water supply at the same time.

6. Debugging and inspection. After the toilet is installed, it is necessary to check the toilet, check whether the inlet valve and seal are normal, whether the position of the drain valve is flexible, whether there is blockage and leakage, and whether the inlet valve is equipped with a filter device.

Second, the toilet installation matters needing attention

1. Before the installation, the master will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the sewage pipeline to see if there are dirt, sand, waste paper and other sundries in the pipeline, and at the same time check whether the floor where the toilet is installed is level. If you find that the ground is uneven, please level the ground before installing the toilet. The drainage pipe should be sawed short, and the drainage pipe should be 2mm-5mm higher than the ground as far as possible when conditions permit.

2. Be careful. The sewer must be leveled by the installer. The outlet at the bottom of the toilet should be equipped with a special flange for the toilet, or coated with glass glue, which should be evenly matched with the lower outlet. The bottom and periphery of the toilet should be bonded, and the gap between the toilet and the wall should be uniform to ensure correct and stable placement.

3. After the toilet is installed, it should be watertight, the water level is correct, the flushing is smooth, the switch is flexible, and the toilet cover is stable.

4. I know that when installing the toilet now, the anchor screws are generally not installed, but the reserved holes on the toilet should be carefully blocked with glass glue to prevent odor. Refreshing and clean, leaving no trace!

5. If the anchor screws are installed, the special sealant installed in the bathroom must be used first. Apply it evenly around the 2 cm drain of the toilet base, and the drain of the toilet should be right at the center of the drainage pipe. After drawing the position of the expansion plugs on the left and right sides of the toilet, remove the toilet, punch holes and bury the expansion plugs. It should be noted that this new perforated expansion bolt may be embedded in the hole, which may damage the waterproof layer. Therefore, I suggest that sealant should be poured around the hole while embedding the expansion bolt, and then embedding the expansion bolt. First, tighten the expansion bolt, so that the expansion bolt is completely loosened to strengthen its tension. Then, unscrew the upper opening screw, put the toilet back in its original position, and screw on the screw and cover directly to maintain the overall appearance. At the intersection of the bathroom and the ground, because the bathroom and the ground are not integrated, jointing agent can be used.

6. Stir the transparent sealant to seal the external opening of the toilet to keep it integrated with the ground. Of course, local toilet water can also be blocked at the periphery of the toilet.

7. Don't worry! After the toilet is installed, glass glue (putty) or cement mortar can only be discharged after curing, and the curing time is generally 24 hours. If you ask an unprofessional person to install it, in order to save trouble, construction workers usually use cement directly as an adhesive, which is definitely not acceptable. This has a disadvantage. The fixed position of the toilet lower mouth is filled, and the cement itself is expandable. After a long time, this method may lead to the crack of the toilet seat, which is not easy to maintain and is in big trouble.

8. Finally, don't forget to install or debug the water tank fittings. Check the water pipe first, drain water for 3-5 minutes to flush the pipe to ensure the cleanliness of the water pipe; Reinstall the angle valve and connecting hose, then connect the hose with the installed inlet valve of water tank fittings and press the water supply button, and check whether the inlet valve and seal are normal, whether the installation position of the drain valve is flexible, whether there is blockage and leakage, and whether there is leakage into the water valve filtering device.
