Guangzhou Panyu Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public institution of higher learning headed by Guangdong Provincial People's Government and sponsored by Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. (1) Panyu Institute of Technology was established on 1993; Affiliated to Guangzhou University 1993- 1994 for enrollment; 1995 was approved by Guangdong provincial government; 65438+1September 1997, officially approved by the Ministry of Education, is the first batch of public full-time general higher vocational colleges in China and the first in Guangzhou.
