How does iPhone add schedules and set reminders to the calendar?

Without the help of other third-party software, you can create and edit schedules, add travel items or work meetings, and set reminders to avoid forgetting.

Add plan:

Open the calendar application and start creating and adding schedules:

Method 1: In the daily view, click on the top right, fill in the schedule details, and enter the title and location, start and end time and repetition frequency of the schedule. Click Add at the top right.

Method 2: Ask Siri and ask Siri to help add:

If you turn on the hey Siri function, you can say or ask Siri:

Arrange a meeting at 9 am

Do I have a meeting at 10?

Where will the 3: 30 meeting be held?

Add reminder:

You can set reminders to receive schedule reminders in advance: tap the schedule, and then tap Edit at the top right. In the schedule details, tap the reminder and select the time when you want to receive the reminder.

For example, at the beginning of the schedule, 5 minutes ago, or other options.

If the address of the scheduled location is added, the calendar will use Apple Maps to query the location, traffic conditions and bus options to tell you when to leave.

Add attachments to the plan:

You can add attachments to the calendar schedule to share with the invitees, such as photos, tickets, etc.

Tap the schedule, then tap Edit in the upper right. In the schedule details, click Add Attachment. At this point, the file application will open, showing your recently opened files. Just find the attachment you need to upload and open it.

It should be noted that if you want to use the add attachment function, please open the calendar in iCloud settings to synchronize.
