How to typeset word documents
1. First open the word document table, and you can see the dense sorting of words, which is ugly, as shown below.
2. First, adjust the font of the text. Generally speaking, the text defaults to imitation Song font, so we find "Font" on the menu bar, and then select all the text (press the shortcut key Ctrl+A) and select imitation Song font, as shown below.
3. Set the font size of the text after all the characters in the text are set to imitate the font of the Song Dynasty. In general, the normal font size of a document is "Xiao San" (16), as shown below.
4. After setting the font font, the next step is to set "Paragraph". Clicking the right mouse button will pop up a command box where you can select "Paragraph".
5. After entering paragraph setting, you can see the following page.
6. On the paragraph setting page, you only need to set two steps. One is to adjust the fixed value to 28.5, the other is to indent the first line by two characters. Set it and click OK.
7. Finally, you need to set the title. Select the title text, click "Center" in the menu key, center the title, then set the font size to No.22, and finally select the title font "Founder Small Label Song".
8. After all the settings are completed, you can check the effect through print preview, and you can see that the typesetting is much better than before.
