What do Tai Sui, San Sha and Huang Wu mean?

In the legend "The Legend of the White Snake", the White Snake drank realgar wine, revealing the original shape of the snake. Therefore, people think that realgar wine can crack snakes, scorpions, centipedes and other poisonous insects, and drinking realgar wine on Dragon Boat Festival can drive away evil spirits and detoxify, which is beneficial to health (modern science proves that drinking realgar wine is easy to be poisoned). According to folklore, eating Huang Wu at noon can better ward off evil spirits.
