When is a good day to clean the house?
Cleaning the house is usually on December 24 of the lunar calendar, which actually refers to house cleaning day. In some places, it is called house cleaning day, also known as year-end cleaning. Every household will clean the house inside and out.
Although the 24th of the twelfth lunar month is the dust-cleaning day, it is actually the dust-cleaning time from before and after the sacrifice to the kitchen stove until the end of the year. Therefore, the time for cleaning dust is not specified on a certain day, but during this time.
In addition, in some areas, the period from childhood to New Year's Eve is called Dust Day, also known as Spring Festival Day. Sweeping the dust means expelling the epidemic and praying for well-being. At the same time, because dust removal and old removal are very similar, there is also a good desire for old removal and innovation. The traditional custom of sweeping dust conveys a busy taste of the year to people, and also embodies people's fine tradition of loving cleanliness and hygiene. The purpose of sweeping dust is to greet the arrival of the new year with a better attitude.
