This 700,000-word masterpiece vindicated the militant Chiyou.

History and legend of the origin of civilization in long chapters and historical novels

This book is a long historical novel, which reproduces the history and legend of the origin of Chinese civilization.

The story is based on the growing process of love the water, a descendant of Fuxi, and revolves around the political and military struggle between Yan Di, Huangdi and Chiyou. Yan Di's family in Jiangnan is kind-hearted, attaches importance to production and opposes war. Chiyou on the Loess Plateau believes in force and believes that only by unifying the world through force can peace be finally achieved. The Yellow Emperor of the Central Plains influenced other tribes through the development of civilization and the promotion of virtue, and defeated Chiyou together with Emperor Yan, and finally "merged with Busan", unifying all ethnic groups and creating Chinese civilization.

The plot of this book is ups and downs, echoing before and after. There were several climaxes, such as the alchemy of Huangshan Mountain, the battle of Hanquan, the battle of Zhuolu and the worship of Mount Tai. It respects history, but it cannot be completely confined to history. It is interspersed with some allusions, legends and myths, such as Shennong tasting a hundred herbs, Huangdi creating Neijing, Cangjie creating characters, Houyi shooting the sun and so on. In order to take readers to travel in ancient wasteland and reproduce the second generation of Yanhuang.

The full text is 700,000 words, detailing the three Chinese ancestors of Yanhuang Chiyou, telling that there are too many unsolved mysteries in the Yanhuang era. Prior to this, most literary works describing the Yanhuang era were either written as fairy tales, and all kinds of immortals walked in the clouds and could do anything. Or write about the primitive desert, eating and drinking, slash and burn, I don't know the ugliness of the sun, the moon and the stars.

However, "Mangyuan" thinks that neither of these two writing methods can correctly reflect the true face of pioneers in the Yanhuang period. "The Yanhuang period was the freest and most vigorous first golden age in the history of the Chinese nation", so he decided to try a brand-new technique-martial arts to show the entrepreneurial history of Yanhuang in a "three-dimensional" way.

More boldly, Mangyuan "rehabilitated" Chiyou for the first time in the novel-Chiyou, known as the "God of War", was not simply belligerent. He has always cherished the heart of unifying the world and believed in the supremacy of force. His "war" was also for the justice of the country, but the difference in strategy and means eventually failed.

Mangyuan highlights the plot of the story and the description of the fate of the characters. There are more than 100 famous people with surnames in the novel, such as doctor Jiang, word inventor, meteorologist Shi nao, Rong and so on. They are all man of the hour.
