Qin county, Shanxi province. Qinzhou Huangsu, formerly known as "Rough Valley" or "Rough Mountain", is a specialty of Qinxian County, Shanxi Province and a symbolic product of chinese national geography. Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty gave "Emperor Qinzhou", which has a long-standing reputation as a royal Gong Mi. He is the representative of Shanxi Xiaomi and enjoys the titles of "King of the World Rice" and "Inter Milan". The yellow rice in Qinzhou is sallow in color, crystal clear and round as a pearl. The folk proverb says "golden beads" and "golden beads don't change Qinzhou yellow". Qinzhou yellow millet is soft and delicious, fragrant and nutritious.
