How to insert a perpetual calendar in Excel?

1. First, make a basic framework of the calendar. Since July 1 is a Tuesday, enter 2014/71under cell "B2", and then fill in the date with the mouse until 20 14/7/3 1.

2. Select cells A3: G7 and click the right mouse button to select the cell format.

3. In the pop-up window, click Number, click Custom, enter D under Type, and then click OK.

4. Return to the table and select format and conditional format in the menu bar.

5. In the pop-up Cell Format window, select Cell Value and Equal to, then enter the function Today, select the format as Current Date with a light brown background, and click OK continuously.

6. When you return to the calendar, you will find that the background of today's date, namely 15/7, has changed. When 16/7 arrives tomorrow, cell C5 will show a light brown background.

7. Finally, beautify the calendar into your favorite format, or enter the function NOW in cell A9 to display the current year, month and day.
