Six departments of sub-district office

The six departments of the street office are as follows:

1, the office of the Party Working Committee, responsible for party affairs, organization, spiritual civilization, discipline inspection, group work, etc.

2, the government office, responsible for secretarial, comprehensive, logistics, public security, social stability and other work;

3. Urban Management Division, responsible for urban construction and management within its jurisdiction;

4. Social Affairs Management Section, responsible for civil affairs, re-employment, social security, culture and education, etc.

5. Economic Development Department, responsible for planning and statistics of street economic development, and providing guidance and services to enterprises;

6, family planning office, responsible for the coordination and management of family planning and floating population family planning work within their respective jurisdictions.

Legal basis: Article 86 of the Organic Law of Local People's Congresses and Local People's Governments in People's Republic of China (PRC).

Sub-district offices shall handle public services, public management and public safety assigned by the people's governments within their respective jurisdictions, perform duties such as comprehensive management, overall coordination, emergency response and administrative law enforcement according to law, and reflect the opinions and demands of residents.

What rights does the street office have?

1, responsible for coordinating and guiding various economic organizations within its jurisdiction;

2, undertake urban construction and city appearance and environmental sanitation, road daily maintenance and other management functions;

3, responsible for the comprehensive management of social security in the area, maintaining the stability of the area;

4, responsible for the construction of spiritual civilization in this area;

5. Exercise administrative functions such as organization and leadership, comprehensive coordination, supervision and assessment of urban management, social services, comprehensive management of social security and spiritual civilization construction within its jurisdiction.
