How to fry bacon glutinous rice?

150g glutinous rice, a Cantonese sausage, 50g bacon, 6 dried mushrooms, 5 scallops, 5 dried shrimps, appropriate amount of Chinese kale stems, celery and chives, 2 spoonfuls of fresh soy sauce and appropriate amount of black pepper.

working methods

1. Soak glutinous rice in advance 1 hour, and soak dried mushrooms for 20 minutes.

2. Slice the sausage, dice the bacon, shred the soaked dried mushrooms, dice the Chinese kale stalks, celery and shallots, and soak the scallops and shrimp skins in proper amount of water 15 minutes.

3. Put the soaked glutinous rice in a steamer, steam it for about 30 minutes, take it out and let it cool slightly.

4. Put the right amount of oil in the pot, add sausage, bacon, scallops and shrimp skin and stir fry until fragrant.

7. Stir-fry the rice and add shredded mushrooms.
