The physical examination of conscription refers to the physical examination of China citizens who have signed up and meet the conditions of conscription. The physical examination standards for eligible citizens are as follows:

Article 3 Torticollis, third-degree simple goiter and tuberculous lymphadenitis with stiff neck that cannot be corrected by itself are unqualified. Article 4 Diseases or injuries of bones, joints, synovial bursas and tendon sheaths and their sequelae, bone and joint deformities, habitual dislocation, chronic spinal diseases and chronic lumbocrural pain are unqualified. The following conditions are qualified: (1) mild thoracic deformity (except divers); Mild scoliosis and hunchback that can be corrected by themselves. (2) Simple fracture, cured for one year, good reduction, no dysfunction and sequelae. (3) Kaschin-Beck disease only refers to the thick (toe) joints, which are asymptomatic and have no dysfunction, and are qualified ground personnel. Article 5 The unequal length of both lower limbs exceeds 2 cm, the distance between the medial condyle of genu varum femur and the medial malleolus of genu valgus tibia exceeds 7 cm (more than 4 cm for airborne soldiers), or the gait is abnormal within the above specified range, which is unqualified. Article 6 The flat feet that affect the function of fingers (toes) are incomplete and deformed, and the plantar arch disappears completely, which affects the corns, calluses and serious chapped diseases that walk for a long distance. Seventh malignant tumors, benign tumors, cysts, scars and scars that affect the face or function are unqualified. Article 8 Vasculitis, aneurysm, severe varicose veins of lower limbs and varicocele are unqualified. Article 9 Internal and external hemorrhoids with a history of thoracoabdominal surgery, hernia, proctoptosis, anal relaxation, chronic anal fissure, circular hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids (more than 0.5 cm in diameter or more than two) and frequent inflammation and bleeding are unqualified. More than half a year after appendicitis operation, no sequelae after inguinal hernia and femoral hernia operation for more than one year, and all kinds of personnel are qualified. Tenth genitourinary system inflammation, tuberculosis, stones and other diseases or injuries and their sequelae, reproductive organs affect its function deformity or dysplasia, cryptorchidism and other unqualified. The following conditions are qualified: (1) mild noncommunicative hydrocele of spermatic cord without conscious symptoms (no more than the contralateral testis) and hydrocele of testis (no more than twice that of contralateral testis). (2) Communicative hydrocele, with no recurrence or sequelae for more than one year after surgical cure. (three) no tenderness, no conscious symptoms of spermatic cord, epididymal nodules (no more than two, less than 0.5 cm in diameter). Eleventh bromhidrosis, tinea capitis, generalized tinea corporis, scabies, chronic eczema, chronic measles, neurodermatitis, vitiligo, psoriasis, close contact with infectious leprosy patients (living together) and other infectious or incurable skin diseases, vascular nevus and pigmented nevus affecting the face are unqualified. The following conditions are qualified: (1) mild bromhidrosis (except submarine, surface ship personnel, divers and tank crew). (2) Localized neurodermatitis (less than 3 cm in diameter), isolated and scattered vitiligo (unexposed parts in summer clothes), tinea versicolor, tinea cruris, mild tinea of hands and feet, tinea of fingers (toes) and chilblain. Twelfth gonorrhea, syphilis, chancre and venereal lymphogranuloma, nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, AIDS and virus carriers, unqualified.

The following conditions are qualified: (1) supine position, calm breathing, palpation of the liver under the costal margin of the right clavicle midline not exceeding 1.5 cm (not exceeding 3 cm under the xiphoid process), soft texture, thin and smooth edge, no tenderness or percussion pain, normal upper boundary of the liver, no anemia and good nutritional status. (2) Those who suffered from viral hepatitis A five years ago, but did not relapse after being cured, and had no symptoms or signs. (3) The splenomegaly caused by malaria, schistosomiasis, leishmaniasis, etc. in the past was less than 1cm under the left costal margin, with no symptoms and anemia, and the nutritional status was good. (4) Liver and spleen were touched at the same time, which met the above two items (1) and (3), and the ground crew and airborne soldiers were qualified. Seventeenth liver function and hepatitis B surface antigen examination, one of the following circumstances is unqualified. (1) alanine aminotransferase is more than 180 units by improved Guinness method or more than 40 units by Reichsler method. Article 20 Those who have a history of epilepsy, psychosis, sleepwalking, dizziness, neurosis, mental retardation and enuresis are not qualified. The following conditions are qualified: (1) Short-term mental disorder caused by food or drug poisoning, no sequelae after cure. (2) No enuresis occurred after the age of thirteen. Twenty-first central nervous system and peripheral nervous system diseases and their sequelae are unqualified. Article 22 stuttering is unqualified. Mild stuttering (two words repeated twice in a sentence), except for submarine personnel, divers and tank crew, qualified.
