Group culture of Langjiu Group

At the junction of Guizhou and Sichuan, there is an excellent viewing platform on the high cliff near the river. Some people call it Wang Langtai. From here, from the south bank of Chishui River to the north, there are endless mountains on the skyline, just like a big jar that has been sealed for thousands of years. On the other side of the river, under the peak, there is a green semi-arc slope, and dozens of ancient houses with stones, wooden frames and earth barriers are strewn at random. Red dried peppers are hung on the window lattice, and Huang Chengcheng's corn skewers are hung at the gate of the yard, which are faintly interspersed with moss trails. Several emerging high-rise buildings retreat into the background, and the sunshine changes in the fog, but it is not as real as a mirage. The town is still small and quiet, and it is filled with rich fragrance all year round. My eyes are a little drunk when I smell it.

This ancient town named Erlang Town belongs to Gulin County, Sichuan Province. The foot of this river is called Chishui River, also called Jiuhe River. Native place: Zhenxiong County, Yunnan Province. Among the numerous legends of Chishui River, one legend has the most China characteristics, which makes China people's blood vessels explode most easily, and that is the transparent colorless liquid fireworks-China liquor. The upper reaches of the Yangtze River and Chishui River basin have a resounding title-China Liquor Golden Triangle.

However, Langjiu, which we ignore, fear and can't stop, is just the tip of the golden triangle of liquor. Ge Shuiping, a beauty writer, pursed her lips and said softly: I only love this "Lang" in my life.

Lang is across the river.

Chishui River whispers in Lang's ear day and night, making a loud noise and calling warmly, and the water quality is clear. If the water source is the blood of Langjiu, then the rice red beam emerging from the red soil is the flesh and blood of Langjiu. Chongyang throws grain, Dragon Boat Festival makes koji, and the 24 solar terms subtly participate in the growth process of Langjiu. In the warm and humid canyon, under the breath of subtropical rich vegetation, under the ripening of sufficient sunshine and hazy moonlight, even the north-south monsoon is back and forth. The wine moss spreads quietly, the wine worms change rapidly, and the wine body becomes old and fragrant; On an unpredictable auspicious day, a certain auspicious time, there was a loud noise and the soul of wine finally stood out.

White stalactites are exposed on both sides of the river, and stalagmite columns can be seen everywhere. No one expected that the karst landforms everywhere in China were one of the blessings given to Langjiu by God. The biggest technological feature of Langjiu is the use of natural caves-Tianbao Cave and Dibao Cave to store wine. There is actually a natural shaft with a depth of 44 meters at the bottom of the hole between the two holes. The fact is that Tianbao Cave was used by Langjiu to store wine and then collapsed naturally. I tried to put my palm on the wellhead, only to feel the warm wind blowing gently, just like the breath of a huge creature. It is said that a girl of 14 years old suffers from autism. She put her hand on the palm of the wellhead. Feel the wind blowing from the treasure cave, as if receiving a mysterious message from the other pole. Walking out of Tianbao Cave, I became cheerful.

Since the source of Chishui River is the Double Waterfalls, since the town where people live is called Erlang Town, and since Chishui River suddenly lowers its posture here to form Erlang Beach with floating reeds, I like safflower lang and Qinghua Lang in Langjiu Group's "Group Lang Strategy" best. "There is a beautiful woman on the water side" is a confidante safflower lang; "Green, leisurely in my heart" is a modest gentleman. I used to know only Honghualang wine. A friend from Sichuan once gave me a bottle. At that time, I didn't know the true meaning of wine, leaving only the exquisite and luxurious wine bottle to arrange flowers, and the nectar was drunk by irrelevant people. The Blue and White Lang I know now is more elegant and solemn in appearance, but the glaze color is deep and cold, which makes people think and seduce you.

Lang is across the river.

Langjiu Group is brewing a new dream that is more fragrant and longer. The "Bordeaux Wine Town" on the blueprint is dazzling: open-air opera house, symphony concert hall, wine museum, super five-star hotel, bar gallery and swimming pool on the cliff. ......

This dream project with an initial investment of 2 billion yuan broke ground at the beginning of the year. I don't know. Will that friend named Slow Man of Langjiu Company remember me then? The invitation came late. I wonder if I am too old to climb into a wheelchair!

Lang is across the river.

Walk down from the observation deck of Moho stone carvings on Jiuhe River, walk to the river with uneven stalactites, and get close contact with this milky white wine river. If you scoop up a river with your hands, who can taste Langjiu? Is it Maotai?

Suddenly, there was a tremor overhead. When I looked up, I saw a large group of rock swallows rising steeply, entertaining themselves and doing stunts. "This is a welcome banquet specially arranged by our company. Don't worry, let them come out to see the guests off later. " A slow-witted person laughs. He once thought that he had trampled a pebble on Erlang Beach, full of guilt, but was ridiculed by the pebble. Because he wrote in his poem, "Things have changed, and pebbles don't seem to be worth mentioning."

It is said that the coral spots on pebbles are180 million years old, and we are afraid to hear them exclaim. We carefully avoid these round old eyes, they don't blink.

Say goodbye. Sure enough, Yan Yan answered and danced in various ways, just like a group of drunken little angels.

The casual ridicule of the slow people made me wonder if I was in a winery, in the journey of life, in the Chishui River Canyon. This feeling of "harmony between man and nature" is so precious and rare.

I can't stand everyone's encouragement at the dinner party. I took two sips of safflower lang wine and lost my judgment. I dug up the lyrics:

My lang

My wine

Safflower bosom friend once held hands.

Blue and white gentlemen are hard to find.

My lang

My wine

Low back and shallow drinking provoke acacia

Tian Yang's binge drinking will be rewarded

Lang which lang?

Jiuna wine

Throw an empty cup at Jiro Beach.

Luzhou-flavor sauce smells all over the river.

Lang is China's Lang.

Wine is Chinese wine.

Fly high and walk around the world

The fame of Langjiu has spread all over five continents-Shuting winds in the Dalou Mountains in the south of Beichuan, Guizhou, and karst and Danxia landforms are intertwined. Although its altitude is not impressive, you can still feel its extraordinary peaks and steep customs.

I first knew the name of Dalou Mountain because there was a river passing through its rocky cliffs. Anyone familiar with the revolutionary history of China knows that Mao Zedong, who established his leading position after the Zunyi Conference in 1935, led the 30,000 Central Red Army and skillfully dealt with the 400,000 troops commanded by Chiang Kai-shek in Dalou Mountain on both sides of Chishui River for 72 days, and finally broke through the encirclement and suppression like an iron drum and headed for the northwest. This classic battle of winning more with less is defined as Sidu Chishui.

When a mountain peak and a river seep into our body and mind not only because of the magnificent natural scenery, but also because it is the scene where history is produced, there is no reason why we should not visit it, treat it well and even praise it.

However, in this Mid-Autumn Festival, when maple leaves are blooming and pine trees are still lush, my jeep is like a lonely boat, passing through the peaks of Dalou Mountain. In my mind, I not only have the image of Red Army soldiers dancing on the mountain ridge in frost flowers 75 years ago, but also I can always feel an intoxicating fragrance in my breath. This fragrance does not come from mountain flowers and paddles, nor from the kitchen under the kitchen smoke or the crystal dew on the wood leaves, but from the bouquet overflowing on the waves of Chishui River.

Chishui River also has a name: Meijiu River.

We call the Yangtze River and the Yellow River mother rivers, because these two rivers across China have nurtured the great Chinese nation. So, why do we call Chishui River Wine River? The reason is simple, because in this short basin, China's top wines were born.

In the middle reaches of Chishui River, there are three small towns tightly bound by chaotic mountains in a narrow zone less than 40 miles up and down. Two on the North Shore: Maotai and Xishui, belonging to Guizhou; One on the south bank: Erlangtan, which belongs to Sichuan. The three kinds of fine wines produced in these three towns, namely Maotai, Xijiu (merged into Maotai Group) and Langjiu, are all named after the place of origin. It's all the same flavor: Maotai flavor.

A few years ago, I stayed in Maotai Town for one night, drank wine with several literary friends in the mountain area, and discovered the color of my spiritual world through the drunkenness of Maotai. Now, when I get drunk in the pub of Erlangtan Town in the moonlight of Dalou Mountain, I find that in Maotai Town, you can drink all kinds of Moutai. In Erlangtan, you can drink Langjiu with three flavors of thick sauce.

I once asked myself a question: If all the countries on our planet were in prosperity, which country would you like to live in? On second thought, I'd rather live in China. Although every country has something to show off to the world. But in China, there seems to be something more fascinating. Such as silk, porcelain, wine, etc. There are many luxury goods in France and Italy, but there are a large group of imitators behind every luxury item. The quintessence of China is not so easy to imitate. No army in the world can imitate the Red Army in China, and no winery in the world can imitate Maotai and Langjiu.

The area where the three towns are located is precisely the concave part of Chishui Valley, and thousands of peaks and valleys have become its heavy barrier. In this small basin, the riverbed is narrow, the banks are steep, and a few hillsides are hot and humid. From the perspective of life alone, it is not suitable for human habitation. However, because of the wine, every exposed rock here is full of poetry.

The creator is fair, it has given Europe the best climate but not rich resources; It has brought a large suffocating desert and huge oil reserves to the Middle East. Similarly, Chishui Valley can't fish songs late, and willow waves smell warblers, but it has become a unique producing area of Maotai-flavor wine.

Compared with Maotai Town, Erlangtan is located on the Chishui River. When there is no highway, it is a pier leading to the lower reaches of Chishui River. Small wooden boats from Luzhou and Hejiang will be unloaded and transported by land when they arrive at Erlangtan. Because of this, the above rivers are full of rapids and dense rocks, making them impassable. Ships and caravans that get on and off here carry the most goods: salt and wine. There is a local folk song: put Moutai, go down to Luzhou, and drink Langjiu when you arrive in Erlang Town.

Erlangtan Town was a land of yelang in ancient times, and the natives called it "modern people". Its wine-making history can be traced back to the Han Dynasty more than 2,000 years ago. At that time, there was a plant called "gourd sauce" in Chishui Valley, which they collected to make wine. This is the origin of Maotai-flavor wine. The wine here is called Langjiu, which is related to Erlang Town and Yelang.

I don't know where it is, but I saw this advertisement: China Lang! At that time, I was shocked and couldn't wait to buy a bottle of Langjiu immediately and try to see if I could fly high after the test flight.

China literati like wine, which seems to be famous all over the world. The author of "History of World Art" and Frenchman Avery Foer once said: "In order to create the spiritual state that sages yearn for themselves, China artists have to look for unnatural enthusiasm from old wine, that is, according to the amount of wine they drink and the direction of their spiritual attention, they get fanaticism, pleasure, irony and tranquility from enthusiasm." These words are not without irony, but China literati all want wine, and there is indeed a relationship of common prosperity. Yang Sheng 'an's poem: "A cup of turbid wine meets happily, and many things in ancient and modern times pay a joke." This shows that drinking can make people calm, optimistic and optimistic.

However, the turbid wine mentioned by Yang Shengan is not the inferior wine that people understand today. This turbidity is related to the drinking environment and mood, and has nothing to do with the quality of wine. Tang Huangfu Song said, "Wine is divided into sages, pure saints and turbid virtues." At first reading this sentence, I feel unreliable, and there is no turbid wine that can be called virtuous. Later, I read the words of Zou Yang, another ancient man, and found this judgment reasonable. He said: "The pure is wine, the turbid is wine, the pure is virtuous, and the turbid is stubborn." Accordingly, Maotai and Langjiu produced by Chishui River are trustworthy sages.

When I was drinking at Erlang Beach at night, I leaned against the waves of Chishui River and faced the hazy moonlight of Dalou Mountain, but I didn't fly. It's not the bad wine, it's the environment that doesn't suit my mood. I remember that Chairman Mao crossed Jianmen after crossing Chishui four times, and once copied two poems written by Cen Can, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty: "Go to Jiange to follow the horse and cross Bajiang to wash the soldiers at night." I think it's better to drink 20-year-old blue and white lang wine in Erlang beach without moonlight and heavy rain. In this way, I can look forward to the grandeur and heroism of the Red Army when it crosses Chishui four times while enjoying the flight. Of course, I also know that the misty rain of history will not come at once. At this time, I was three points drunk, and the only thing I could do was to sprinkle half a bottle of old wine on Chishui River. One was to mourn the brave crossing the river, and the other was to invite the heroes of that year to drink with me. -bear
