2. Materials: After the decoration scheme is completed, materials will be selected according to the design. Decoration materials are already a product assembly line, and decoration has become a model. It's actually a combination. In order to find the right price, we need to visit several building materials markets to find the best combination of materials and prices. Materials are the largest part of home improvement expenses, and material adulteration also occurs from time to time. Therefore, we should be as cautious as possible in the selection process, don't buy some products without brands, and avoid parallel imports.

3. Bargaining: After finding the right and favorite materials, you need to explore the price. Merchants often offer quite high prices and claim to be cheap. At this time, you can take out the approximate market price and its bargaining price that you have proved in the previous step and explore its reserve price.

4. Determine the price and sign the contract: After determining the approximate cost of design planning and materials, you can contact some decorators. It is best to consult some professionals first, introduce more reliable decorators and sign contracts with them. The contents of the contract shall include the materials used, the designated brand and the price agreed by both parties. The more specific, the better, to avoid future disputes.

5. Total budget: On the basis of design and asking price, budget the expenses of the whole decoration process together with the decorator, including design expenses, material expenses and construction expenses.

6. Time preparation: After all, decoration is a big expense. It is necessary to leave enough time in advance to put the design, materials, asking price and budget in place. The more fully prepared in the early stage, the faster the decoration can be.
