Two different opinions against the abolition of the death penalty;

Conclusion: Failure to protect the rights of victims and their families and rashly protecting the rights of criminals will only make people give up solving problems through legal channels.

Second, economic factors.

1. The funds put into prisons in China are increasing year by year. If there is no death penalty, with the gradual increase in the number of prisoners, such a situation will occur in a certain state in the United States, and the tax paid by each criminal is seven times that of each child. In this way, a vicious circle is formed-there is no money to educate children and prevent crimes-children commit crimes-the number of criminals increases and tax revenue consumes more-there is no money to educate children and prevent crimes.

2. In prisons in China, the medical expenses of criminals are borne by the government. As a result, a very strange situation appeared. Law-abiding people outside have no money to treat diseases. If they commit crimes and go to prison, they will receive free medical care. There are many such examples. Some elderly criminals have no life skills and are sick after commutation. There's nothing he can do. He'll do it again and go to jail. Sometimes ... these old criminals commit minor crimes just to go to prison. And sometimes the crimes they commit are horrible … because their physical condition can only hurt women and children.
