(1) Release is a combination of financial, legal and fearless measures.

Audience: Fellow initiates often release fish. He really wants to know how releasing fish can help fish besides cultivating our compassion.

Director: Actually, it is a direct help to people. Of course, it is also helpful for fish, so that it will not become a ghost under the knife. It's always bad to be cut off by others. Natural death is better than being beheaded suddenly. From the perspective of human nature, release is a combination of economic assistance, legal assistance and fearless assistance.

(2) Releasing is not only to save a fish, but also to save your own heart.

Audience: Now I think many bosses know that we are here to buy fish and set them free on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month. Can you put the fish as usual instead?

Director: It's entirely possible. Boss, you have to catch fish when you are released on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month. The more he catches, the more guilty he is. The more you let go, the more you can eliminate your karma. In fact, releasing fish is to cultivate people's compassion, and putting it down will not last long. It's not that you really saved a fish, but that you saved your heart. Therefore, this matter must rise to a high level, rather than simply letting go. Willing to give money to release shows that this person has given money, and he does not value his own interests, but values the interests of all beings. This is a concept; Then you give it yourself and let many people know that many people let it go. It is also a way to help others and let others know that releasing is a good thing. Giving money, giving laws, giving fearlessness, that is, doing merit desperately! How nice it is for you to fly! Being able to live longer does not mean that fish can live longer, but that fish will be grateful. After being released, there will be an induction between heaven and earth, because this person is a lifesaver. Because it is difficult for us to save people, we can't save a few people, but saving fish is also a small life, so it is easier for us to do it.

(3) To release is to release one's compassion.

Audience: Once a fellow initiate went to the food market and bought thousands of soft-shelled turtles and set them free. So, I want to ask master, do the turtles have a chance to vote for one person?

Director: It's hard. The purpose of releasing is not to say that you let it throw people. You think that fish will throw people. Release is to release your compassion, release your compassion, and you will get merit after releasing compassion.

(4) release is to cultivate your own compassion, and you can't give up eating because of choking.

Audience: Director, it seems inconvenient for us to put our own fish overseas because we can't buy live seafood.

Director: Yes, there are fresh foods in the seafood shop.

Audience: But it's rare, and the place seems to be very particular.

Director: That's by your own magic method. Releasing fish has two meanings: one is your own heart. In fact, this kind of fish can live for several days. If you put it down today, you won't live long. If it throws fish, it will be rewarded. If you don't save it, it will be hacked to death with a knife. The fish is released to cultivate its own compassion.

Audience: Can it be said that some small animals may not live long after they are released, or because we are not as good as the law and die on the spot? It would be better if we handed them over at the scene, right?

Director: Yes, but you can't cross over if you kill him. It's impossible, which means you saved it, but it's useless, just like the hospital. Save people and they will be saved alive? If it can't be saved, the hospital will be very sad. How do you save an animal to make sure it is alive?

Audience: Yes. A big press conference was organized in China last year. They put them upstream, and many people fish downstream. Many people were talking at that time.

Director: You can't say that, because many people are doing bad things, so you won't do good things? Don't go out because you are afraid of being killed by someone while driving? How can you save people without sacrifice? Look at the mainstream!

Audience: It mainly depends on your motivation. Through this process, so that it can cross over.

(5) release is to save lives.

Audience: His grandmother is releasing fish. Maybe there are fewer fish and more birds, ok?

Director: These birds are already in the sky and can't be caught. If these birds are caught and killed, you can let them go. What's the use of letting them go if they're not killed? Release, release, what is release, right? Fish to be killed and fish to be slaughtered in restaurants are called release! He is alive and well. Will you release him?

Audience: If we put fish, what size do we want? One inch, two inches, three inches ...

Director: It's too small! It's no use. How can people eat these fish? People eat big fish.

Audience: The fish is too big to live well, so I put that. ...

Director: Hehehe ... Can you live? If you are born, you will die one day, so don't live? Others said, "What if I put it down for someone to fish?" "What if the water quality is not good?" "What should I do if I am crushed by a ship?" Are you looking for another reason? It's too big to live in, just put an inch. Don't open your wisdom, read the Heart Sutra!

(6) Be diligent in releasing and pay more attention.

Audience: I once promised to show it once a week, but the quantity was not much. Fellow initiates said that it is not necessary to release them every week, but they can release them every month, just by measuring them. Is this correct?

Director: More release is actually a kind of heart, giving you a kind of compassion every week. How much you release is also important, but the most important thing is a heart. More money, more money and less money, is mainly a heart. When the Bodhisattva sees that you often do this, she will know that you are kind and will increase your happiness and virtue. Make a wish. You can't just change it.

(7) Relationship between release and life extension: The bigger the heart, the bigger the fruit.

Audience: Will the released life be extended automatically, or will the Bodhisattva be asked to turn these merits into life?

Director: When you are released, you have great compassion, so many people will cry when you are released, touching the world and the Bodhisattva. This kind of induction is actually planting a good fruit in the root of your life. These good fruits will form good fruits on you. If these good fruits bear fruit, they will prolong your life. It's not that this fish's life is up to you. How did Lei Feng become Lei Feng? It's not what Lei Feng is doing. He became Lei Feng, but when he helped others, he was actually making profits for himself.

Audience: Is the quality and length of life extension based on the combination of personal merits and karma?

Director: Actually, this question is inappropriate. The director knows what you want to ask. For example, if you put a lot of small fish loach, do you think this quality is related to the quality of your life extension? Of course it matters. For example, is it the same concept to put 10 thousand and 1000? Definitely different, quantitative change to qualitative change. If you buy some fish eggs and put them down simply for "I'll put more fish", if you really buy as many fish as fish eggs, which one do you think is useful?

Audience: The last one is useful.

Director: In other words, the bigger your heart, the bigger your fruit. The more seeds you plant today, the richer the fruits you plant.

(8) release should be selfless, don't covet returns, and only strive for hard work and not gain, in order to get real returns.

Audience: I have been playing it since I studied Buddhism. In order to insist on the release, all the money was released except the money for eating. I haven't saved a penny since the Spring Festival. Now I'm being asked to invest. I wonder if this is an opportunity. Can I invest?

Director: You have no money. What investment do you have?

Audience: Hehehe, there is still money for him to get married. ...

Director: I have long known that people like you should invest if they want to get rid of dowry money. You don't have to just forget it! How does the director usually educate you? Learn from Buddhism and cultivate your mind-you call it persistence! "Oh, this is a good thing. I will release all the money quickly. " Why don't you spend all your money to save all the people who suffer? Can you do it? Use your money slowly, and then work to earn some money, don't invest. Because if someone like you invests, he will persevere. You might as well spend more time on your good mouth and conscience. Do you think you will have money?

Audience: So the money won't be invested? Is it saved?

Director: Of course! Although the interest rate is not high, it can at least make a living. Don't take out all your money and leave it alone.

Audience: I heard that the more you pay, the more you get.

Director: of course, there is money, but not right away. There is still time. There is something wrong with your own starting point. When you spend money on fish, you think you should get something in return, so it is greatly discounted! Selfless pay, no consideration, selfless pay, no matter what the harvest, as long as you work hard, you can get tangible returns. You think learning Buddhism is also an investment. You pay with your left hand, and wait for the Bodhisattva to send the money in through the window with your right hand. Then you wait for the money to come in every day, and then you pay. Be selfless! Many people go to the temple and throw some money into the merit box, thinking, "Oh, I will definitely pay something back", then you will get nothing back. Of course, if you let it out like this and spend so much money, you will definitely get better in your later years and prolong your life. Maybe someone will support you. From now on, don't do too many things that you can't do. Don't be greedy when you cultivate your mind. It's also called greed if you can't wait to return. Learning Buddhism itself must be pure, and a little selfishness can't get much reward. It means that when a person buys something, his pocket leaks. Just bought it back, he missed a little, you will always feel dissatisfied, dissatisfied.
