This proposal has attracted the attention of relevant departments, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the Ministry of Health and other departments 10 agreed to designate March 3rd of each year as National Ear Love Day.

The Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Birth Population and Reducing Birth Defects and Disability in China (2002 ~ 20 10), demanding that "scientific knowledge of prevention and disability should be popularized in the whole society, and comprehensive prevention and control measures such as pre-marital health care, maternal health care, infant health care and early intervention should be strengthened to prevent and reduce the occurrence of birth defects and disabilities."
