The name of the Japanese
Japanese names, like those in China, always put surnames first and names last.
But Japanese people usually use xxさん さんwhen to address others (Mr., Ms., Mrs., etc.).
Xx Jun (ぐん) can only be used on young men, who are generally familiar with it, or are called by peers and superiors to subordinates and elders to juniors. Otherwise, it is impolite.
