Changji newspaper subscription requirements

Adhere to the principle of "ensuring key points, highlighting business, giving classified guidance, making overall plans and enjoying resources", earnestly carry out the subscription of newspapers and periodicals in our school, especially regard the subscription of party newspapers and periodicals as a serious political task, and further give play to the important role of party newspapers and periodicals in publicizing the party and state line, principles and policies and correctly guiding public opinion.

Second, the subscription procedure.

1. As the prices of some newspapers and periodicals change every year, all departments and units are requested to fill in the Newspaper Subscription Form of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (see Annex 2) according to the national newspaper subscription catalogue in 2020 (see Annex 1).

2. All departments and units are requested to fill in and print the newspaper subscription form by themselves, and send it to the mail room (east of the south gate of Longzihu Campus) before129/20 19 165438+29 after being signed by the department head and stamped with the official seal of the department. If it is overdue, please go to the post office yourself.

3, the mail room to the municipal postal department unified invoice for all departments and units.

4. Please ask all departments and units to receive the invoice from the school mail room after receiving the notice from the school mail room, and remit it to the designated postal account of the school finance room as soon as possible to go through the subscription procedures.

Third, the subscription requirements

1, all departments and units should attach great importance to it, clarify their responsibilities, and choose carefully in combination with the actual situation to ensure the smooth subscription of newspapers and magazines.

2 party newspapers, periodicals and mainstream newspapers should be the main subscribers, and leisure, entertainment and life service newspapers should not be subscribed at public expense. All departments and units are encouraged to subscribe to Party newspapers and periodicals such as People's Daily, Qiushi Magazine, Guangming Daily, Henan Daily and China Education Daily, among which People's Daily and Guangming Daily must choose at least one subscription. Departments of secondary hospitals can subscribe to newspapers and magazines in professional fields in combination with business study.

3. Newspapers and magazines subscribed by employees at their own expense are not included in the application form.
