The isolation room between Urumqi and Changji has been cancelled.

1. Take the management measures of "7-day home isolation" for overflow personnel in high-risk areas, assign code management during the period, and do not go out. Conduct 1 nucleic acid detection on 1, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively. The management period starts from leaving the high-risk area and ends in 7 days. Because there is no fixed residence in the local area, the residence does not meet the conditions of home isolation or other objective reasons, home isolation can be implemented for 7 days.

2. For those who have lived in low-risk areas (i.e. counties (cities, districts, banners and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in recent 7 days, they must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, carry out temperature measurement and code detection (Xinjiang government service health code, the same below), and complete nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days (including the first and second days of entering Xinjiang, and the interval between the two detections should be more than 24 hours).
