Vehicles that can't clean the throttle: (1) The engine is not working normally, and there are conditions such as jitter, abnormal noise, serious oil burning, obvious cylinder loss or fire; (2) The throttle valve is damaged and cannot work normally. How to prevent the accelerator from getting dirty prematurely? -Minimize idling time. -Use manual gear to avoid high-end low-speed driving and shift gears over 2000 rpm. -Take less congested roads and run more highways. -Air filters should be replaced frequently, and inferior air filters should not be used. -Use suitable engine oil. Why do you want to initialize the throttle when cleaning? For electronic throttle, the throttle needs to be initialized after cleaning. Because the computer has a memory function when adjusting the throttle opening. Previously, due to sludge blockage, the computer automatically adjusted the throttle opening to keep the air intake in a normal state. However, there is no sludge blockage after cleaning, and if the throttle valve still maintains its previous opening, the air intake will be too large. If the throttle valve is not initialized after cleaning, the work of the electronic control unit and the idle speed control element will be uncoordinated, that is, the idle speed control is inaccurate and unstable, for example, the idle speed suddenly rises and falls. But this situation is only temporary, because the electronic control unit has the function of learning and adapting, but this process is not as fast and accurate as initialization. Therefore, after clearing the throttle, it is necessary not only to initialize, but also to clear the original learning value.
