What are the customs of summer solar terms?

1. Sending boats to cool off the heat: After the arrival of the summer heat, most parts of China are in the hottest period of the year, and there is a custom of sending boats to cool off the heat in the coastal areas of Taizhou, Zhejiang.

2. Real heat: On real hot days, Putian has the custom of eating litchi, mutton and rice, which is called "real heat".
