1. When the cutting machine is ignited, no gas is ejected. While operating the "fire detection" key, we can ignite the igniter of the CNC cutting machine with an open flame to confirm whether there is gas ejected. If no gas is ejected, check the main control board and solenoid valve indicator light according to the gas path fault inspection and elimination method. If the indicator lights on the main control panel and solenoid valve indicate that there is no valve blockage, then it is possible that the gas nozzle hole on the igniter is blocked, so just find a sharp thing to clear the hole.

There is gas during ignition, and the spark plug is lit, but it still won't light. The main reason for this phenomenon may be that the gas concentration of gantry CNC cutting machine is too high. The gas concentration is not suitable, and it often fails to ignite normally. At this time, it is necessary to change the gas concentration by adjusting the "adjustment knob".

3, when the ignition spark plug does not strike a light. When the NC cutting machine is ignited, there should be an electric spark between the spark plug and the igniter body, and obvious spark discharge noise can be seen and heard. If the spark plug is not ignited, first check whether the ignition indicator light of the main control board is on for a second or two when you confirm the main control board by operating the "fire test" key.

Secondly, check the high-voltage package connected between the gantry CNC cutting machine and the spark plug, as well as their interconnection and connecting plugs. Apply a voltage of DC3V (two ordinary batteries) to the input end of the high-voltage package, and spark discharge should occur between the two output lines of the high-voltage package (the distance between the two lines is 2- 10mm), otherwise the high-voltage package will be damaged.
