The origin of Jing Ke The earliest name of Jing Ke in history is Qi Zhe. In the Han Dynasty, it was changed to Jingzhe because it conflicted with the taboo of Emperor Jing of Han Dynasty. Although there were no taboos in later dynasties, it was also called Jingzhe, which has been in use ever since.
Although it is formulated according to the change of climate biological rhythm, in fact, China has a vast territory and a large width from north to south, so only parts of the south really meet this solar term, while the temperature in the extreme north facing it is still a little cold.

Other places also have the custom of beating villains. Beating a villain is hitting a paper villain with the sole of your shoe and reading a folk proverb while hitting, which means that all disasters have been solved in the new year.
South Guangdong pays attention to the custom of surprise eggs. Traditionally, duck eggs are eaten as sacrifices for such fierce beasts as white tigers. Later, there were not so many duck eggs, so I gradually changed to eat eggs.
Some places in Guangxi will eat fried corn on this day. In fact, people think of corn as a pest, and eating corn means killing all pests. Similarly, in some areas of Fujian, there will be a competition to stir-fry sesame seeds and soybeans to see who eats the most, which also means eating more and driving away the most bugs.
