What is causal yoga?

Karma means behavior. Yoga believes that behavior is the first expression of life. Yoga advocates paying attention to the inner world and guiding more perfect behavior through inner spiritual activities. Yoga teachers usually adopt extreme restraint of asceticism, do good deeds, worship God and self-discipline, and their hearts and desires are pure. They believe that only complete dedication and conversion can make their spirit, sentiment and behavior reach the ultimate state of unity with Brahma.
