Campus Culture of Beijing No.50 Middle School

Combined with the school safety project, the school deeply thinks and constructs the school cultural system, and creates a strong cultural atmosphere with a unique campus environment.

The new school emblem consists of the "50" with the rising shape of the Temple of Heaven, which represents the excellent style of Beijing-based, Chinese culture-inheriting and pragmatic teaching, and forms the "five realities" school-running tradition (pragmatic school-running concept, solid work style, pragmatic teaching staff, enriched student life and pragmatic education quality). The new school emblem and the design of the school guidance system express the feeling that fifty people are integrating into the development needs of the times with full enthusiasm.

The junior high school teaching building has four floors. In terms of cultural construction, the first and second floors focus on the education of "knowledge" (high school "reading masterpieces and feeling the elegance of masters" series, philosophical comics series and "Impression 50" series; Junior high school "Chinese Dream" series, 24 solar terms series), the third and fourth floors display the "walking" style (including "Impression 50" series, "Message to Alma Mater" series and "Si Qi Style" series columns), decorated with bilingual Analects of Confucius, red Chinese characters or idioms, and set up class culture wall, high school model wall, precious time wall, memory wall, travel bar and health. The overall color is composed of calm gray, which embodies the "realistic" spirit of 50 people who pursue practical work style, simple teaching style and solid teaching. These educational elements with China's traditional cultural characteristics and philosophy of life not only pay full attention to imparting knowledge, but also strengthen the education of students' cultural connotation and ideological accomplishment.
