There is a temperature sensor on the throttle valve at this water pipe position to let the throttle valve know the water temperature, which is also the reason why the waiting speed changes from high to low when the cold car starts. When the water temperature is low, the temperature sensor controls the opening of the idle motor to be large, and when the water temperature is high, controls the idle motor to reduce the valve opening. But this technology is out of date, and now all electronic throttles do not need to install circulating water pipes to control the idle speed of cold cars and hot cars.
