Can deficiency of both qi and blood be treated with traditional Chinese medicine? What means can deficiency of both qi and blood be treated?
Although there are many different deficiency syndromes in the syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency, qi and blood, yin and yang, it is always inseparable from the five zang-organs, and the syndrome differentiation of the five zang-organs is nothing more than qi, blood, yin and yang. Therefore, the syndrome differentiation of deficiency syndrome should focus on qi, blood, yin and yang, and aim at the deficiency of five internal organs.
First, the key points of syndrome differentiation
Although there are many different deficiency syndromes in the syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency, qi and blood, yin and yang, it is always inseparable from the five zang-organs, and the syndrome differentiation of the five zang-organs is nothing more than qi, blood, yin and yang. Therefore, the syndrome differentiation of deficiency syndrome should focus on qi, blood, yin and yang, and aim at the deficiency of five internal organs. Just as The Origin of Miscellaneous Diseases: the Origin of Deficiency, Tuberculosis and Furuncle said: "Although the five internal organs are divided, they contain nothing but essence, and there are four reasons for the loss: qi deficiency, blood deficiency in the day, yang deficiency in the day and yin deficiency in the day", "Qi, blood and yin have their own masters, and only by knowing their principles can we treat them". Generally speaking, if the condition is simple and the lesions are relatively limited, it is easy to distinguish the nature of deficiency of both qi and blood and yin and the location and viscera. However, due to the homology of qi and blood, the mutual root of yin and yang, and the correlation of five internal organs, the deficiency caused by various reasons often affects each other, from one deficiency to two deficiency, from one dirty to the other, which makes the condition tend to be complicated and serious, so we should pay attention to it when differentiating syndromes.
Generally speaking, if there is fatigue in syndrome differentiation and the course of disease is long, we should also pay attention to whether there is syndrome differentiation and treatment, especially in the following three situations:
1. If it is caused by a disease or exists for a long time, whether the primary disease still exists should be identified. If deficiency is caused by fever, cold syndrome or blood stasis, whether the primary disease has been cured.
2. Is there any performance because of virtual reality? If qi deficiency leads to weak blood circulation, it will form blood stasis; Deficiency of spleen-qi can't transport water dampness, so that water dampness stops inside.
3, whether it is also an exogenous evil. Exhausted people are easily influenced by external evils because of unstable external defense, and it is not easy to recover after feeling evil; Therapeutic drugs are also different from ordinary people's bad feelings.
If you have the above diseases, you should pay attention to the priorities and give consideration to the treatment.
Second, the principle of treatment
For the treatment of weakness, nourishing is the basic principle. As Su Wen San Lun Nine Stages said: "It is not enough to make up for it". In the process of tonic, firstly, according to different pathological properties, the therapeutic prescriptions of supplementing qi and nourishing blood, nourishing yin and warming yang should be adopted respectively; Second, we should closely combine the different positions of the five internal organs, choose prescriptions and strengthen the pertinence of treatment.
The following three points should be paid attention to when using the basic principle of tonifying to treat deficiency: 1. Pay attention to the role of invigorating spleen and kidney in treating asthenia. Only when the spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow, the source of qi and blood biochemistry and the spleen and stomach are healthy can the five internal organs and limbs be nourished. Kidney is the foundation of nature, including Yuan Yin and Yuanyang, and it is the essence of life. Paying attention to strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney can promote the recovery of deficiency of various viscera. 2. For those who suffer from central deficiency and feel exogenous evil, tonics should have diarrhea to strengthen the body resistance and eliminate evil. Judging from the dialectical relationship, eliminating evil can also protect healthy qi and prevent healthy qi from being further damaged by evil love. 3. The course of fatigue is long and there are many influencing factors. Drug therapy must be closely combined with diet adjustment and life adjustment in order to achieve better therapeutic effect.
Third, treatment based on syndrome differentiation

Heart governs blood, spleen governs blood, and liver stores blood, so deficiency of heart, spleen and liver blood is more common.
Because the spleen is the acquired foundation, the source of qi and blood biochemistry, and blood is the mother of qi, blood deficiency is accompanied by different degrees of qi deficiency symptoms, and in the long-term clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, it is considered that it is not appropriate to supplement blood with blood-enriching drugs alone, but to properly combine qi-invigorating drugs to achieve the purpose of supplementing qi and generating blood. Therefore, in the treatment of various syndromes of blood deficiency, we should combine the methods of invigorating spleen, benefiting qi and generating blood, such as Guipi Decoction, Danggui Buxue Decoction, Yu Sheng Decoction and other prescriptions, which all reflect this treatment idea.
