Installation position of automobile sensor

1 The air flow meter monitors the intake air volume and intake air temperature to control the gasoline pump.

2 Throttle position sensor Throttle position sensor includes idle motor and throttle position potentiometer, whose function is to control idle speed and reflect throttle opening to control fuel injection quantity.

3 The intake pressure has the same function as the air flow.

Camshaft position plays the role of monitoring valve timing and correcting ignition advance angle with this signal. It can be started without it, but it is a little shaky.

The variable timing valve controls one valve in the five-valve chain to change the intake and exhaust timing at different speeds.

1 The air flowmeter is generally installed on the intake pipe behind the air cleaner element and before the throttle valve.

The throttle position sensor is usually three-plug.

The one with a three-wire plug that you found in the intake manifold is the intake pressure sensor.

4. Camshaft installation positions include lower, middle and top positions.

The water temperature sensor is beside the water pump.

There are two oil pressure sensors, one for high pressure and the other for low pressure. Both sensors are on the base of the oil filter.

Hall crankshaft position sensor is installed at the front end of crankshaft.

9 The knock sensor is on the cylinder block.

Generally, the first 10 oxygen sensor is installed in front of the three-way catalyst, and the second one is installed behind the three-way catalyst.
