Hello, welcome to consult. Generally speaking, imaging examination is not qualitative. Any auxiliary examination needs clinical combination to help diagnosis. Chest X-ray showed increased, thickened and blurred markings on both lungs, and bronchitis. Patchy nodular high-density shadows are more common in: inflammation, tuberculosis, tumors, etc. It is suggested to combine clinical blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and tumor markers to assist diagnosis. It may also be left by previous inflammation or tuberculosis. If necessary, do bronchoscopy or biopsy to confirm.
