Also based on this, Zhongshan Point has another name. Among the great achievements of acupuncture and moxibustion, Yang Jizhou named it "Yuan Jian".

"Yuan" is still the warm, expanding and divergent gas absorbed by Zhongshan point; "Look" is this warm and vigorous water vapor, so clear that everyone can feel it, and it goes without saying.

The first meaning, vertically, is that the point is on the middle line of Ren meridian.

As mentioned earlier, Zhongshan point, also known as "Shangqihai point", is related to the "Qihai point" at the lower part of Renmai.

The second meaning, horizontally, the Zhongshan point is in the center of the breast, in the center of the chest.

The fourth meaning, metaphysically speaking, Zhongshan point is the "center" of spirit and thought.
