Open the exhaust valve and let the gas out from there. Until the value of the pressure gauge begins to decrease, the working pressure of LNG automobile gas cylinders is 1.59MPA. When the pressure inside the cylinder exceeds 1.2 times of the normal working pressure, the first-class safety valve will discharge air, and the pressure inside the cylinder will decrease accordingly, and it will not stop until the pressure drops to 1.2 times of the working pressure.

Maintenance of gas cylinders

Don't put the gas cylinder in a high temperature environment above 60 degrees Celsius for a long time, especially the car owner who put the gas cylinder on the car body and installed an iron protective box. More attention should be paid to the fact that vehicles should not be exposed to the sun in summer, and cylinders should not be used in high static environment to avoid the impact of cylinders and avoid contact with chemicals.

Vehicle gas cylinders should be maintained in the refitting factory that signed the contract in time, and checked regularly to ensure the safety of life and property of users and others. Car owners should check the gas cylinders before driving every time, especially when they are not used for a long time in winter, and the safety valve of the gas cylinders should be closed. The periodic inspection period should not exceed 3 years. The first and second inspection of gas cylinders shall be conducted once every 3 years, and once every 2 years after the second inspection.
