Why did the 24 solar terms appear in Nanyang, Henan?

This is the first time I heard that the 24 solar terms came from Nanyang! Perhaps Nanyang is located in the Central Plains of the ancient Central Plains, and the 24 solar terms are mainly used to guide plain farming, so it has something to do with it.
