The throttle tube has come off.

The connecting pipe of the air filter will not fall off inexplicably, and the clamp must not be tightened properly. That pipe is corrugated and can be expanded and contracted. Just re-align the nozzle, cover it and tighten the clip.

If the pipe falls off, air will enter the cylinder without filtration, and dust and impurities will wear the cylinder.
