1, the water level must be controlled first, and the water level must be carefully monitored. In principle, the primary water level gauge shall prevail, and the electric contact water level gauge shall be the main monitoring instrument. Keep the local water level gauge clear and accurate. If there is no slight shaking of the water level gauge or the mica sheet is unclear, the water level gauge should be cleaned immediately and compared regularly, so that the boiler water level can be accurately judged.

2. Secondly, monitor the main data such as steam flow, feed water flow, drum pressure and feed water pressure at any time. If any abnormality is found, find out the reason immediately and handle it in time.

3. Finally, if the water level exceeds 150 mm, turn down the water supply regulating valve to reduce the water inflow. If it continues to rise to +75㎜, open the emergency drain door to drain water to the normal water level, and find out the reason.
