How to adjust the idle speed of EFI
EFI idle speed adjustment method: There is a locking screw at the tail of the throttle lever connected with the throttle cable, which can be used to adjust the engine idle speed. Usually, only when there is no fault in the oil supply system such as throttle and idle motor can appropriate adjustments be made. Specific methods:
1, warm up for 3-5 minutes after starting the car;
2. Completely reset the throttle valve;
3. Screw the idle speed adjustment limit screw until the engine speed is 1500 -2000 rpm (if the car has no tachometer, it can be judged by feeling slightly higher than the normal idle speed);
4. Screw in or screw out the mixture adjusting screw slowly from left to right until the engine has the highest speed and the most stable operation;
5. Adjust the idle screw so that the speed reaches1000rpm-1300rpm, or your desired idle range.
