Volkswagen's air conditioner is shaking badly. What is the reason?
The idle jitter of air conditioner is different from the slight vibration of normal idle speed of our engine. It's obvious jitter, which is a bit similar to the state that when we first learned to drive, the car was about to stall because we were not skilled in oil distribution. After turning on the air conditioner, the compressor will also work, and the compressor is driven by the engine, so the work of the compressor will increase the load of the engine. So how do automobile engines cope with this increased load? For most electronic throttles, the engine will automatically increase the throttle opening to obtain more intake air, thus increasing the output power. Therefore, if the throttle valve is not maintained for a long time, it is easy to produce carbon deposit, which will hinder the intake of the engine, resulting in insufficient engine power or barely being able to drive the compressor, thus causing idling jitter.
